Epic Support Copilot drafts replies to customer emails inside Gmail, using answers from your Epic Support knowledge base. Open a customer thread and click "Draft reply". In a few seconds you get two reply drafts, each with a confidence score showing how well it's backed by your knowledge base. Click "Insert" to put one at the top of Gmail's reply box, edit it if you like, and send it yourself. The extension never sends email on its own. PRIVACY Nothing is read or sent until you click "Draft reply". When you do, the text of the open thread is sent to Epic Support's servers to find relevant knowledge-base content, and to our AI providers to write the drafts.
