Writing down how your business actually works is a job nobody ever gets to. KM SOPs Capture removes the writing. Open it, name what you are about to do, press Start, and then just do the job. Every meaningful click becomes a numbered step with a full resolution screenshot, the control you touched ringed on the picture, and a first draft of the instruction. Press Stop, read it back, fix any wording, and send it to your KM Hub workspace. WHAT IT IS FOR Any procedure that happens in a web application: raising an invoice, building a proposal, adding an event to a booking system, onboarding a client, closing a month. The kind of knowledge that normally lives in one person's head until they leave. WHAT MAKES IT DIFFERENT A procedure captured here is attached to the work it belongs to. In KM Hub it can hang off a booking, a venue, a piece of equipment, an event type or a crew role, so it turns up when somebody is doing that job rather than sitting in a library waiting to be searched for. WHAT IT RECORDS, AND WHEN Nothing until you press Start, and nothing after you press Stop. While a capture is running it takes a screenshot of the tab you are working in and notes which control you clicked. It does not record keystrokes, does not track browsing, and contains no analytics or advertising code. WHERE IT GOES Steps stay in the extension's local storage on your machine until you press Send. They are then transmitted over TLS to the one KM Hub workspace identified by the API key you entered, and nowhere else. REQUIREMENTS A KM Hub workspace and an API key from it. The extension does nothing without one.
