Watch any webpage element and get notified when its text changes.

## What it can do - Point and click an element on a webpage to monitor it. - Highlight text, then monitor the selected area. - Detect live updates with `MutationObserver`. - Reload the page every 30 seconds through 5 minutes in 30-second steps. - Send a Chrome notification, an on-page alert, and an email when the value changes. - Restore the monitored element after a page reload. Example uses include class seat availability, appointment openings, product stock, event tickets, and status dashboards.
