Status: success but not send the tokens!!

Hello, I transferred Zils from my Zilpay account to my CEX.IO yesterday, the Zilliqas disappeared from my Zilpay wallet and never arrived in my CEX.IO wallet.

lost key store file

I have lost my keystore file but I do have my phrase words and password. but I can;t even get to restore my wallet. What am I doing wrong and is it possible to retrieve my coins?

Reinstalled Google Chrome and lost access to my ZilPay Account

I deleted and reinstalled my Google browser. I didn't realize that I would loss access to my Zilpay account. Now it's asking for my keys to restore my account. I looked everywhere and I don't think I wrote down the keys ever. Over a year ago I staked around $350 on Zilswap. Can you help me get back into my account or advise me of what I can do to find my keys on my iMac hard drive? Let me know if you need any information from me.
