Turn web pages into useful notes Kliplet is a focused multi-target web clipper. Capture a clean article, selected text, the full page, or a URL-only record. Add tags, choose a template, and save without rebuilding the note by hand. Choose how each clip is saved Connect Notion, or save through the community Local REST API plugin. Other supported destinations include Logseq, Joplin, and local file workflows. Eligible ordinary Obsidian text writes whose exact vault path was resolved before the first request can enter a local queue with up to four automatic attempts. Free clipping stays unlimited with one selected destination per action. Pro and Lifetime let the same clip reach several selected destinations in one step. Each destination keeps its own connection and routing settings. Capture the content you need • Choose between a simplified article, selected text, the complete page, or a URL-only record. • Start with Article, Recipe, and Reference templates, then add custom templates with variables on a paid plan. • Find saved clips and highlights with local search. • Revisit a source page and restore saved highlights when the page still matches. • Avoid accidental duplicates and update an existing item when the selected destination supports safe updates. • Export or import a backup of templates, highlights, and settings. Designed around your control Page content is processed in the browser for clipping. Ordinary writes go directly to the destination you choose. Kliplet has no ads, advertising trackers, behavioural analytics, or data brokerage. AI summarisation is optional and off by default. A consent screen explains what will be sent before you enable it, and you can turn it off at any time. Cross-device sync is optional, available only with Pro or Lifetime, and requires separate consent. The Privacy Policy explains destination connections, licensing, optional AI, paid sync, retention, and deletion. Templates that fit the note Use the Article template for readable page content, Recipe for structured cooking pages, or Reference for citation-friendly notes. Paid custom templates can place captured metadata into the structure your system expects. Kliplet has one purpose: capture the page, shape the note, and send it where it belongs.
