Für die bessere Vergleichbarkeit von Immobilien rentiert es sich, den Kaufpreis durch die Quadratmeter zu teilen. Diese Funktion gibt es bei Kleineinzeigen.de leider nicht. Deswegen hab ich diese ergänzt.
