复制当前 ChatGPT 对话纯文本，或导出 Markdown。

把有用的 ChatGPT 对话带走：复制为纯文本，或保存为 Markdown 文件。 打开一段已保存的 ChatGPT 对话，点击工具栏中的 ChatCarry，等待读取完成后，选择“复制纯文本”或“导出 Markdown”。两个操作使用同一份当前已保存分支的内容。 • 复制纯文本：保留文字、代码、列表和表格内容，方便粘贴到笔记或文档。 • 导出 Markdown：保留 Markdown 源文，以会话标题命名，支持中文与 Emoji；同名文件自动另取名称。 • 本地转换：没有开发者服务器、分析服务或后台采集，不向第三方上传聊天。 数据处理说明：打开弹窗时，仅使用当前页面已有的登录状态向 chatgpt.com 请求当前会话。临时登录令牌只在页面内使用，不写日志或存储。点击复制后写入系统剪贴板；点击导出后保存到本机。剪贴板历史、下载文件及浏览器下载记录可能保留内容。 当前仅支持桌面 Chrome 中已登录的 ChatGPT 已保存会话，以及当前分支中的用户文字与助手最终回答。图片、文件和音频只保留占位说明；不支持完整媒体备份、共享或临时聊天、批量历史及其他 AI 网站。每次输出最多 4 MiB，超限明确提示，不截断。 读取依赖 ChatGPT 当前内部接口，不能保证所有账号、组织工作区或未来页面版本均兼容。ChatCarry 是独立项目，不是 OpenAI 官方产品。 隐私说明：https://github.com/DBvc/chat-carry/blob/main/privacy.md 反馈与支持：https://github.com/DBvc/chat-carry/issues
