Hello! Our organization uses the url: https://gov.teams.microsoft.us/

According to the Extension manifest, it seems like you only support: https://*.teams.microsoft.com/*

Not sure why our org uses .us instead of .com, but please add it :) It'd be a really awesome

Unable to manage subscription

The manage subscription button does not work in the extension dropdown

The always available extension stopped working

The count doesn't go up, and of course my status is not staying as set. Is this extension still supported, as I notice also that the github project is no longer, getting a 404.

I'm subscribed, so hopefully that is enough to handle any minor changes MS does that could affect this extension.
