Klaviyo Debugger is an internal support tool for Klaviyo employees that helps diagnose why profiles failed to enter flows, campaigns, lists, forms, push notifications, and other Klaviyo features. From the side panel, you select the area (Flows, Campaigns, Lists & Profiles, Billing, Forms, Push, Reviews, Integrations), enter the relevant IDs and time range, and the extension automatically runs diagnostic queries against Klaviyo's internal observability tools — Chronosphere for flow metrics and Splunk for event logs. Results are returned step-by-step directly in the panel, so support and engineering staff can identify the root cause without manually navigating between monitoring dashboards.
