You sign in to Schoology on Schoology's own page as usual. The extension reads your gradebook only when you press Sync and sends it to your Klar account. Klar never asks for your Schoology password, never reads your cookies, and can't change anything in Schoology. Klar is independent and not affiliated with Schoology or PowerSchool.
