Export Instagram follower and following lists to a real file — CSV, Excel or JSON — without copying a single row by hand. Rosterbox is an Instagram follower export tool that turns a follower list into a spreadsheet. Open a profile or a post, tell Rosterbox what you want, and it collects the list into a clean table you can read, sort and download. WHAT YOU CAN EXPORT • Followers — the follower list of any public Instagram profile • Following — the following list of any public Instagram profile • Likes — everyone who liked a specific post • Comments — everyone who commented on a specific post Your own account works too, including a private one, because Rosterbox runs inside your own logged-in browser session. WHAT ENDS UP IN THE FILE Every row carries the fields people actually need when they work with an Instagram follower list: • Username • Full name • Profile URL • Verified status • Private / public status Ask for profile details and each row fills in further: • Follower count • Following count • Post count Those extra fields are fetched only when you ask for them. Nothing is requested in the background, so a plain export stays fast and light. Open Rosterbox from the toolbar 2. Choose followers, following, likes or comments, and enter the profile or post you want 3. Watch the table fill, then export to CSV, Excel or JSON That is the whole flow. There is nothing to configure, no API key to paste, and no account to connect on Instagram's side. YOU CHOOSE THE PACE Instagram limits how quickly anyone — a person or a tool — can read through a long list. Rosterbox does not pretend otherwise. It gives you three pacing profiles and tells you plainly what each one trades: • Safe — 3-8 second pause between pages, lowest chance of being throttled • Balanced — 2-5 second pause • Fast — 1-2 second pause, higher chance of being throttled A large export takes time at any speed. If a run is interrupted, it is saved and can be resumed instead of started over. BUILT TO BE HONEST ABOUT LIMITS • Instagram never serves more than roughly a hundred likers for a post, so asking for more only fills a progress bar that can never complete. Rosterbox caps the request instead of lying to you. • A private account's follower list is only readable if you follow it, or if it is your own. Rosterbox says so rather than returning an empty file. • When Instagram stops handing out pages before a list is finished, Rosterbox compares what it collected against Instagram's own count and warns you that the export is short. A partial list is never presented as a complete one. PRIVACY • No password. Rosterbox never asks for your Instagram password and has no way to receive one. It reads what your own logged-in session can already see. • The collected list is held in your browser's local storage so you can come back to it. It is not uploaded to us. • Rosterbox only runs on instagram.com. It does not read your other tabs or your browsing history.
