SPOT — The internet. Together. SPOT turns any web page into a shared space. Leave comments, highlights, drawings, stickers, screenshots and voice notes right on the page you're looking at, and see what your friends, teammates or community left there too. No copying links into chat, no screenshots pasted into docs. The conversation happens where the content is. HOW IT WORKS Install SPOT and a small toolbar appears on every page. Pick a tool, click on the page, and your annotation is pinned to that exact spot. Anyone in your Spot who visits the same page sees it instantly. Open the sidebar to read the full thread, reply, or jump to a comment. WHAT YOU CAN DO • Comment anywhere. Drop a comment pin on any part of a page and start a thread. Mention people with @ to pull them in. • Highlight text. Select any passage to highlight it and attach a note. • Draw on the page. Sketch, circle, underline or scribble with the pen, in your own color. • Add stickers and emoji. React to a page or a comment with a sticker or a GIF. • Capture screenshots. Grab the visible page, mark it up and share it with your Spot. • Record voice notes. Say it instead of typing it, pinned right where it belongs. • See who's here. Live cursors show collaborators on the same page in real time, and follow mode lets you ride along as someone browses. • Keep up in the feed. The sidebar feed collects new annotations and replies across all the pages your Spot has touched, with likes and reply counts. • Share a page. Every annotation gets a share link that shows the context to people who don't have the extension yet. SPOTS: PUBLIC OR PRIVATE A Spot is a group of people who annotate together. Join the public Spot to see what everyone is saying about the web, or create a private Spot and invite only the people you choose with an invite link. Switch between your Spots from the dock at any time, or turn SPOT off on a page when you want to browse alone. PRIVACY SPOT only stores what you create: your annotations, the page they belong to, and your profile. It doesn't track your browsing. Pages you don't annotate are never sent anywhere.
