Outmail Autofill fills job applications from the profile you have already saved in your Outmail account. Answer the questions once in your dashboard (your contact details, education, work history, notice period, expected salary, work authorisation) and the extension fills them into application forms for you. WHAT IT DOES • Fills text fields, dropdowns and multiple-choice questions • Attaches your resume wherever a form asks for one • Matches your answer to the wording each form uses. If you have chosen "prefer not to say", it finds that form's equivalent option • Follows multi-page applications • Remembers answers you type into questions it could not fill, so the next form fills them for you • Works on company career pages and the most common job application systems WHAT IT WILL NEVER DO • Submit an application. You always press the button yourself. • Watch your browsing. Nothing is sent anywhere until you click Fill. • Make things up. If a question has no answer in your profile, it is left blank. YOUR DATA Before it connects, the extension shows exactly what it collects and why, and waits for you to agree. It only acts on the page you ask it to fill. Full details are in our privacy policy. GETTING STARTED 1. Install the extension. A page opens that shows what it collects. Click Agree and connect. There is no code to type 2. Complete your autofill profile in your dashboard 3.
