Kiwi Todo is a calm, private to-do list and task manager for Chrome. It opens in its own window from the toolbar, so your tasks are always one click away — and everything stays on your computer. WHY KIWI TODO • Its own window: click the toolbar icon and the same Kiwi Todo window opens or comes to the front. No cramped popup, no new tab to hunt for. • Private by design: no account, no sign-up, no server, no analytics. Your tasks are stored only in your Chrome profile. • Works offline: everything runs locally, with or without an internet connection. PLAN YOUR DAY • Today view: progress for the day, your Top 3, overdue tasks with one-click “Move all to today”, and planned time against your daily capacity. • Upcoming: a week strip and a day-by-day plan for the next two weeks. • Inbox, All tasks with filters and sorting, Completed, Archived and Trash. ORGANIZE EVERY TASK • Projects with colors, tags, and priorities P1 to P4. • Dates and deadlines with times, time estimates, notes and subtasks. • Repeating tasks: daily, weekdays, weekly on chosen days, monthly, yearly or a custom interval. • Reminders with Complete and Snooze buttons, quiet hours, and a summary of anything you missed. CAPTURE IN A SECOND • Type a task and press Enter. • Press Alt+Shift+N from any tab to add a task, or Alt+Shift+K to open Kiwi Todo. • Right-click any page, selected text or link → “Add to Kiwi Todo”, or press Alt+Shift+S to save the current page as a task. FOCUS AND REVIEW • A built-in focus timer with short and long breaks, linked to the task you are working on. • Insights and a weekly review of what you completed. COMFORTABLE FOR EVERYONE • Fully keyboard accessible, with a shortcut reference built in. • Light and dark themes, high contrast and compact density. • Available in English, Español, 简体中文, हिन्दी and العربية (with a right-to-left layout). YOUR DATA, YOUR CONTROL Export a full backup, import it on another computer, restore automatic snapshots, or delete everything at any time in Settings → Your data. Uninstalling Kiwi Todo removes all of its data. GET STARTED 1. Add Kiwi Todo to Chrome. 2. Pin it: click the Extensions (puzzle) icon, then the pin next to Kiwi Todo. A short guided setup shows you how. 3. Click the Kiwi Todo icon and add your first task. Permissions are used only for the app's features: storage (settings), alarms and notifications (reminders and the focus timer), context menus (the “Add to Kiwi Todo” items), and activeTab (reads a page's title and address only when you choose to save that page as a task).
