Export messages and thread replies from the current Slack conversation to a local JSON file.
Kirokune Slack Export lets you save a selected Slack channel, direct message, or thread as a local JSON file for import into Kirokune. Choose a start and end date (up to 31 days). The extension reads the current Slack conversation and its thread replies using the same signed-in Slack session, then saves the result directly to your computer. It does not send message content to Kirokune or any third-party server. Features: • Exports only the Slack conversation you have open. • Includes thread replies for parent messages in the selected date range. • Saves a local JSON file compatible with Kirokune’s Slack import. • Keeps temporary session credentials only in memory while the export runs. • Does not use analytics, advertising, or external storage. Before exporting, ensure that your organization permits exporting the selected Slack conversation.
