Kiroku is a web archiving Chrome extension that saves web pages as evidence. With one click, it captures screenshots, HTML, and AI summaries — preserving the exact state of a page before it can be deleted or altered. ■ Key Features - Click the toolbar button to instantly save the current page - Right-click to save "this page" or "this link" - Automatically opens the archive page after saving ■ What Gets Saved - Screenshot (full page) - Self-contained HTML (with embedded CSS and images — viewable even if the original site is taken down) - AI summary (automatic summary of page content) - Metadata (title, URL, date saved) ■ Why It Matters - Captured and stored on a third-party server (reducing the risk of tampering) - Generates a permanent URL that can be shared or submitted as-is - No login required - Fast saving (done in one click) ■ Use Cases - Preserving evidence of defamation or inflammatory posts - Documenting copyright infringement or unauthorized reproduction - Saving e-commerce or contract pages - Archiving news articles and web content ■ How It Differs from Other Services - Saves both HTML and screenshots, not just images - Includes AI summaries for quick content review - Covers everything from search to sharing to evidence submission ■ Supported Services & Use Cases - Web page saving / archiving / web capture - Alternative to archive.today / Wayback Machine - Evidence preservation tool / digital forensics
