Open Microsoft Visio drawings in Chrome with a free, private Visio file viewer. VSDX Viewer shows .vsdx and older .vsd files right in your browser: every page, sharp at any zoom, with search and export. No Visio license, no Microsoft account, and your file is never uploaded. Got a network diagram, flowchart, org chart or floor plan as a Visio file by email or on a website? Drop it on VSDX Viewer and read it in seconds, on Windows, Mac, Linux or a Chromebook. WHAT YOU CAN DO • Open a drawing: click the toolbar icon, then drag and drop the file, choose it, or paste a link. Or right-click a link to a .vsdx file and choose "Open in VSDX Viewer". • See every page as a tab, as in Visio. • Zoom and pan: pinch or Ctrl + scroll to zoom, drag or scroll to move, and fit the page to the window. • Search text across all pages. Matches are highlighted and counted on each page tab. • Export the current page as a PNG or SVG image. • Save all pages as one PDF (choose "Save as PDF" in the print dialog), or print them, one page per sheet. • Edit the drawing: open it in diagrams.net, a free online editor (the drawing travels inside the link), or download it as a .drawio file for draw.io desktop or VS Code. • Light and dark mode follow your system. PRIVATE BY DESIGN • Your file is opened and drawn on your computer. It is never uploaded, and VSDX Viewer has no servers. • No account, no sign-up, no ads, no tracking. • No file-size cap and no daily limit. Works offline. • Installs with no permission warnings. If you open a link from a site that blocks downloads from other pages, VSDX Viewer asks for access to that one site, at that moment. SUPPORTED FILES • .vsdx drawings (Visio 2013 and later), .vsdm (macros are never run), .vstx and .vstm templates • Older binary .vsd and .vst files • Not yet supported: Visio 2003-2010 XML drawings (.vdx) and stencils (.vssx) TIPS • Keyboard: + and - to zoom, 0 to fit, 1 for 100%, Page Up and Page Down to change page, Ctrl+F (Cmd+F on a Mac) to search, Ctrl+O to open a file. • "Try a sample drawing" on the start screen shows what VSDX Viewer does before you open your own file.
