A Chrome extension that calculates your ideal measurements and strength standards in key lifts.
Simply enter your height and weight and The Kino Standards extension will go to work. It contains two tools. The Physique Standards Tool - will give you your ideal waist, chest, leg, and arm measurements in inches or centimeters. The Strength Standards Tool - will show you the ideal weights to lift in these key lifts: Incline Bench Press, Weighted Chin-up, DB Shoulder Press, Bulgarian Split Squats.
