Kindling is the browser extension for FiroTip — tip FIRO from posts on X (Twitter) and forum.firo.org. What it does • Tip the author of a tweet or forum post with private FIRO (Spark). • Default path holds the tip for claim so newcomers don’t need a Spark Name first. • Optional: send straight to a Spark Name when it matches the author’s handle. • Recipients claim in Kindling or on firotip.com/account (Sign in with X or email), then withdraw to their own wallet. • Tippers can reclaim unclaimed tips after 7 days. • @Firotip may post a public notify on X (who was tipped — never the amount). Why install • Tip from the feed you already use — no copy-paste of long addresses into DMs. • Works for people new to Firo: hold → claim → withdraw. • No private spend keys in the extension. You Sign in with X; spends run on the FiroTip tip service. • Clear rules: deposit-funded tips, max tip limits, and a live status page. How to start 1. Install Kindling and pin it. 2. Open the popup → Sign in with X. 3. Fund your FiroTip deposit address shown in the popup (or on firotip.com/account). 4. Open a tweet or forum post → Tip.
