Can't read Kindle books on my Chromebook recently

Just yesterday I could read Kindle books on my Chromebook with Kindle Cloud Reader. Suddenly in the middle of reading a book, it now won't let me read any of my books. It says "Oops Something Went Wrong." And my Chromebook is no longer a device. What happened. If I can't read the books on my Chromebook, I will have to cancel my Kindle Unlimited, etc.

Removing Kindle Cloud from Computer

I am unable to download to my PC-goes directly to the Cloud-how do I remove cloud from my PC in order to save my books to the PC-would like to talk to someone in order to walk me through it as the instructions don't make any sense to me--just started in January--HELP

extension unavailability

I've been trying to download the Kindle app on my computer for something for school. It says it's not compatible. I go here to try and fix it and it says it's no longer available. I don't know why google is so bent on not having this app be available to people. I know I speak for many people when I say I want to be available.
