Add 2x zoom functionality to Kindle Cloud Reader.

Kindle Cloud Reader に２倍ズーム機能を追加します。対応URL 「https://read.amazon.co.jp/?asin=」から始まるURL。対応レイアウト 1列のみ。操作説明ウインドウ内をダブルクリック：ズーム機能の開始 / ページを初期位置に戻す（ズーム機能実行時）。ウインドウ内のホイール操作：ページの縦スクロール（ズーム機能実行時）。ページのリロード：倍率を戻す。既知の不具合・ズーム機能を開始した後、他のページに遷移し、再度ズーム機能を開始したページに戻るとそのページだけ正常に表示されない。
