Kill Annoyances removes the interruptions that get between you and the page: cookie consent banners, full-page ads, video ad skip buttons, subscription popups, promo bars and notification prompts. HOW IT WORKS — three layers, in order: 🍪 CLICK — Answers cookie banners for real. Prefers rejecting non-essential cookies (switchable to accept) on OneTrust, Cookiebot, Didomi, Sourcepoint, Google Funding Choices and 20+ other consent platforms, plus text recognition in 30+ languages. Handles multi-step consent flows and detects "pay-or-okay" traps where the reject button actually leads to a subscription page. ⏭️ SKIP — Presses "Skip ad" the moment it appears: video prerolls (Google IMA, JW Player), full-page interstitials and dismissible floor/banner ads. It only uses the skip and close controls the ad itself offers — it never clicks ad content. 🙈 HIDE — Whatever can't be clicked is hidden using the community-maintained EasyList Cookie rules: 30,000+ selectors covering 17,000+ sites, refreshed automatically every few days. ALSO: • Blocks website notification permission prompts (optional) • Dismisses custom "Do you want notifications?" pre-prompts • Per-site disable switch and per-site statistics • Counters for popups closed, ads skipped and elements hidden PRIVACY: no account, no telemetry, no tracking.
