Paid for Premium, yet it syas I'm on a free subscription

As the title states, I paid for a premium subscription, yet the extension keeps telling me I'm on a free subscription. How come?

Or do I have to wait for something?

Mailer Plex Activation Problems - Can't Use

Hi,

I've:
Added the extension to Google Chrome.
Given Gmail Permission to add 3rd Party Access

But sadly won't activate or work with tracking emails, please advise or help?
