Capture Lab — CRE Prospecting
Overview
Browser tools for commercial real-estate prospecting: pull authenticated LinkedIn / CoStar / Reonomy data without leaving your seat.
Capture Lab is a commercial real-estate prospecting workspace for tenant-rep and owner-side brokers. The dashboard at app.capture-lab.net is where the work happens; this extension is the data-plumbing piece. It uses your existing browser sessions to relay authenticated requests from sites you're already signed into - LinkedIn, CoStar, Reonomy, LoopNet - back into your Capture Lab workspace. You stay signed into each platform normally in your browser; the extension just lets the dashboard read what you can already read, without asking you to copy-paste data row by row. What it does for brokers: • Maps your team's combined 1st-degree LinkedIn network and surfaces warm-intro paths to any prospect • Pulls property research from CoStar / Reonomy / LoopNet on demand, scoped to the prospect you're researching • Keeps everything inside your tenant — no data leaves your firm's workspace What it doesn't do: • No background scraping, no continuous monitoring of any site • No sale or sharing of data with third parties • No collection beyond what's needed to populate your CRM rows Requires an active Capture Lab account at app.capture-lab.net to function.
