Not Able to install the extension

When I am clicking on "Add to Chrome",it gives me an error saying:
An error has occurred

Package is invalid. Details: 'Could not create directory for unzipping:
'C:\Users\UserName\AppData\Local\Temp\scoped_dir_7648_14846\CRX_INSTALL''.

What should I do??
