Pros: It did an excellent job of conversions when it worked: I generally used it for PDF to Word conversions, although it offered a wide range of conversions. Cons: My password no longer works, and when I try to reset it, I receive the message "System too busy." Please try once more." This has been happening for months. When I try to use the "Free trial" feature, the same thing happens. My attempts to reach them via their website have gone unanswered. Overall, everything looks to have cease... Show more
