Know exactly where your workday stands without opening Keka. Keka Attendance Companion is a time tracker and time logger for Keka. It reads your punches from your signed-in Keka attendance page and turns them into a live, second-by-second view of your day. TRACK YOUR WORKDAY • Live work time, accurate to the second, with a progress ring towards your target • Remaining time and the exact time your day will end • Break used and break remaining against your daily allowance • Full Day / Half Day targets you can switch with one click, and set automatically on a half day of leave • Attendance adjustments detected and labelled • Monthly late count: how many days this month Keka marked you late, with the dates on hover • Monthly leave total, counting half days as 0.5 • Monthly penalties: the days Keka marked with a penalty, highlighted so you can follow up LOOK BACK AT ANY DAY • A time log for every day this month: pick a date from this month's calendar to see the time worked, breaks, last clock-out and any adjustment • Weekly offs and holidays are shown as days off, never as absences, and work done on them counts as extra • A day you haven't clocked in yet shows as Absent, not as a sync error CATCH MISSING PUNCHES • A forgotten clock-out or clock-in is flagged in the popup, with a button that opens Keka to fix it • A one-time desktop alert, so you can request a regularization while it's still easy • Unfinished punch pairs are never counted as work, so your numbers stay right KNOW WHEN YOU'RE DONE • The ring turns green when your target is met, and overtime keeps counting • Breaks over your allowance are flagged clearly • A friendly desktop alert when you finish that encourages you to switch off, plus an optional reminder shortly before • Toolbar badge with your time left (blue) or overtime (red), even with the popup closed EASY ON THE EYES • System, Light or Dark theme. System follows Chrome's appearance setting • Calm, eye-friendly colours designed for all-day use • Smooth, subtle animations that turn off when your system asks for reduced motion ALWAYS CLEAR • One status line tells you what's happening: syncing, synced, sign-in needed or an error, with a Refresh button when a sync fails • Signed out of Keka? The popup asks you to sign in and clears any old numbers • If a sync fails, your last numbers stay on screen with "last synced 14 min ago", and are dimmed once they're out of date • New versions install automatically; if one arrives while the popup is open, you choose when to update • Preferences shows the installed version, with an Update button when a newer one is ready FASTER WITH THE KEYBOARD • Alt+Shift+K opens the tracker from anywhere in Chrome • Alt+Shift+Y syncs in the background and updates the badge • Alt+R reloads the Keka attendance page and syncs • In the popup: R to sync, F / H for Full / Half Day, ← / → to change the day, T for today, P for Preferences, Esc to go back • Change the Chrome-wide shortcuts at chrome://extensions/shortcuts SET IT UP YOUR WAY • Full-day and half-day targets, break allowance and monthly late limit • Notifications and the completion reminder on or off • Show or hide the monthly late, leave and penalty cards • 12- or 24-hour clock, and your company's Keka URL if it isn't detected automatically PRIVATE BY DESIGN • Reads only the attendance shown on your Keka page, and never changes your records • Reads Keka only from your own open Keka tab: when you open the popup, pick a date, press the sync shortcut, or punch in or out on Keka • Preferences, today's latest reading and this month's late arrivals, leave and penalties are stored only in your browser, and cleared when you sign out of Keka • Nothing is sent to any external server Keka Attendance Companion is an independent tool and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Keka.
