Tab Translate

When I selected text, it automatically translated! Is it possible that only if I double-tab, it will translate, and if I select text, it will not translate?

useful? yes. does it need to open a welcome window *every* *damn* *time* i open google? no.

my pop-up will open a new tab as same as one tab mode.why?

I have tried many extensions for translation. Tab Translate suits me best.
