History Monk - Advanced History Search, Export & Bulk Delete
Overview
History Manager: Blazing fast history search, Bulk Delete custom selections and export, date ranges and history from other devices
History Monk is a fast, private history manager for your browser history. Type a word you remember and the page shows up, even with a typo. Then filter, clean up, delete or export your browsing history in a few clicks. Everything runs on your computer. No account, no tracking, no analytics. FIND ANY PAGE IN YOUR CHROME HISTORY • Search your history as you type. Results update with every key you press. • Typo-tolerant (fuzzy) search: get a letter wrong and it still finds the page. • Search titles and addresses with site:, -site:, title:, url:, after:, before:, visits: and sort:, exact "phrases" or regular expressions (regex). • Pick a time range: last hour, today, yesterday, last 7 or 30 days, 3 or 6 months, all time, or any custom range from the calendar. • The first 2,000 pages are searchable before the rest of your history finishes loading. • Opens from the History menu and Ctrl+H (it replaces chrome://history), or press Alt+Shift+H in any tab. Move with the arrow keys and press Enter to open. DELETE AND CLEAN UP BROWSING HISTORY • Delete every page of a website in two clicks, older visits included. Or right-click any page and choose "Delete all history of this site". • Delete history by date, keyword or site: search or filter, then clear every matching page at once. • Bulk delete: tick rows, Shift-click for a range or select all results, then delete them together. • Cleanup finds 24 groups of clutter, such as search result pages, sign-in screens, duplicates and sites you opened once. Review a group, then clear it from your browsing history. • Protected sites are never deleted: not from a row, a site, Cleanup or a filtered delete. SEE YOUR HISTORY YOUR WAY • By group: each web search with the pages you opened from it. Open them all again in a tab group, or delete them. • Timeline: each day split into browsing sessions, with the time you were away. • Sites: every domain with its page count, visits and last visit. • Analytics: a weekday-by-hour heatmap, focus score, streaks, top sites and top searches. • Weekly digest: your last 7 days on one card you can copy or share. • Recently closed: reopen tabs and windows you closed by mistake. • Devices: tabs open on your phone, tablet and other computers signed in to Chrome sync. EXPORT YOUR HISTORY • Save all results, or just the rows you selected, as CSV, JSON or an offline HTML page. The file is made on your computer. MAKE IT YOURS • 28 themes, including dark mode, Nord, Dracula, Catppuccin and Solarized. • 8 languages: English, Español, Français, Deutsch, Português (Brasil), 日本語, 简体中文 and हिन्दी. • Compact rows, font size, and a centered or full-width layout. PRIVATE BY DESIGN • Your browsing history never leaves your computer. Search, analytics, cleanup and exports all run locally. • No account, no analytics, no tracking. The only network requests check a license key and look up the current price. • No content scripts. History Monk never runs inside the pages you visit, so it won't slow down your browsing. It only works while its history page is open. GOOD TO KNOW • History Monk shows the history your browser keeps. Chrome keeps about 90 days. • It loads up to the 100,000 most recent pages in the range you pick.
