PageProof. Online proofing, review & approval

this app was infuriating. I don't doubt it likely works, but the fact that there is no "save" button for workflows (and they take a minute to show up, so when you return it looks like you lost all your work). There isn't a clear way to ADD THINGS TO PROOF. So unintuitive. There isn't even any clear documentation on what should be the most important part. Adding things to proof.
