Khan Ceph Trainer helps you learn and sharpen cephalometric landmark identification. Load a lateral cephalogram, place the landmarks, and get scored in millimeters against an answer key: landmark by landmark. After each round you see your mean error, how many points landed within 2 mm, a color-coded breakdown (green ≤2 mm, amber ≤4 mm, red >4 mm), and an overlay drawing the line from each of your placements to the reference point, so you can see exactly where you drifted. Author a case: load your own cephalogram, optionally set a scale by clicking a known distance, and mark the 16 landmarks once to create the answer key. Practice: place the landmarks blind, submit, and review your accuracy. Retry as often as you like every attempt is saved. Share: export a case to a single file and send it to students or colleagues, who import it and practice. No account, no server. Everything runs locally in your browser.
