A privacy-first Zcash wallet

Zucchini Wallet brings your Zcash wallet into Chrome’s side panel. Create or restore a wallet, synchronize your Zcash history, receive ZEC with an address or QR request, and review the recipient, amount, memo and network fee before approving a payment. Wallet keys and transaction authorization stay on your device. Password-protected backups, auto-lock and recovery tools help you manage access. Connect compatible websites from their Connect wallet button. Choose which permissions to grant; every payment requires a separate approval in the wallet. Supported ZIP-321 requests contain one recipient, an explicit ZEC amount and an optional text memo. Disconnect websites in Settings. Connecting does not authorize automatic payments or verify a merchant’s identity. Generate a new shielded receiving address for your existing account, and explicitly save recipients to local encrypted contacts. Earlier receiving addresses remain usable. Choose English, German, Japanese, Simplified Chinese, French, Arabic or Spanish in Settings. Optional tipping on X adds a Tip button to posts. Connect your X account to register a Zcash receiving address. Registered recipients open the wallet’s send review. For an unregistered recipient, Zucchini prepares an invitation for you to review and post. After a tip, you can choose to share it on X. Zucchini does not publish these posts automatically. ZNS name resolution and provider-based Swap and Buy flows are also available. Availability, fees, minimums and settlement depend on the provider and selected network. Some conversion routes use a transparent Zcash receiver before shielding; review the displayed transaction details before proceeding. Privacy: Zucchini does not sell or rent user data or use it for advertising, profiling or AI training. Selected features process account IDs, receiving addresses, transaction requests and provider payment proofs to provide their functionality. X registration links your X identity to a receiving address. Websites receive only data covered by permissions you approve and payment results for their requests. See the privacy policy for storage, processing, retention and third parties. Recovery phrases and private spending keys are not sent to the Zucchini gateway, registry or connected websites. Keep your backup secure: Zucchini cannot recover lost recovery material or reverse blockchain transactions.
