Remove Twitch Recommended Channels, Live Chat

Finally that obnoxious homepage carousel is gone.

Had to find something to hide the recommended channels on twitch's following page since it decided to start recommending me a bunch of 18+ channels, I already didn't like the recommended channels bar but that was a step too far. Luckily this extension does exactly what it says on the tin. Once it's installed it opens a tab with all the options (all of them are off by default) so just had to tick the one box I cared about and it's gone, just like I wanted.

The extension is awesome. My one nitpick is that it doesn't block "[streamer] viewer's also watch" tab on the left. Other than that, has everything I could ask for
