APEX Pipeline — Account Setup

Connect your approved Apex Pipeline and Planet Altig accounts. Import access is managed by your administrator.

APEX Pipeline helps approved Apex agents bring their assigned Planet Altig leads into their Apex CRM account. Connect your Apex Pipeline account, open Planet Altig → My Leads → All Leads → Me, and collect your assigned leads. Review the results before adding them. The extension checks existing imports to avoid duplicates and routes recognized lead groups to POS, Veterans, and Plus Leads stages. Access is restricted to the approved Apex CRM and your connected agent account. Previous agents’ notes and history are not transferred when leads are reassigned. Leads requiring correction or ownership review are reported rather than silently discarded. An approved Apex Pipeline account and access to Planet Altig are required.
