target="_blank" attributes stripped from links - expected behavior?

It appears that this extension is stripping target="_blank" attributes from webpages while this extension is enabled. Is that expected behavior? I was certainly surprised by it, and it took me a while to track it down. When I enable the extension the attributes are gone, when I disable it they return.

I don't seem to get an option to install this web player extension on my LG TV

Hi - I don't seem to get an option to install this web player extension on my LG TV, but I do get it on my laptop. How can I get around this as I need to show live web pages via YoDeck.
