Sariya — Tamil Writing Assistant

Check Tamil grammar and spelling, transliterate Tanglish, and voice-type from Chrome's side panel when you ask.

Sariya is a Tamil writing assistant that works when you ask it to. Click the toolbar action to activate Sariya on the current page, or select text and choose **Check selected text with Sariya**. To check an active field, focus it and click **Check text** in the side panel; Sariya does not send field text while you type. The panel can check Tamil grammar and spelling, show safe suggestions, accept corrections, transliterate English phonetics into Tamil, and insert text into the active field. Voice typing uses Chrome’s browser speech service. Audio is not sent to Sariya. Tamil text is sent over HTTPS request bodies to Sariya’s Cloudflare Worker only after you click **Check text**, choose selected-text checking, or request transliteration. The Worker may use a configured AI provider for corrections and Google Input Tools for transliteration. The extension is guest-capable, does not use advertising, and does not retain extension text in the extension itself.
