You need better customer support and better announcement on invoices. I received a random Paddle.net payment without even an announcement or description that is about your software. So I thought my paypal was hacked. The claim was instantly removed, and then I found out on my own from paddle that is about your platform. Its so difficult to instal the API key to purchase the subscription. I tried for 1 hr and didnt work and left through. You have to make it super easy and friendly to buy subscription within few minutes.
