Overview
Monitors a website for a specific keyword and notifies you when it appears.
Keyword Monitor Keyword Monitor is a simple Chrome Extension that helps you track changes on websites. It monitors specific URLs for keywords you define and sends you a notification when they appear. FEATURES Multiple Website Monitoring: Add as many websites as you want to monitor. Multiple Keywords: Search for multiple keywords (e.g., "sale", "in stock", "promo") simultaneously. Custom Interval: Set how often the extension checks the websites (in minutes). Background Monitoring: Runs silently in the background and notifies you only when a match is found. Local Storage: All your settings are saved locally on your device. INSTALLATION 1. Clone or download this repository. 2. Open Google Chrome and navigate to chrome://extensions 3. Enable Developer mode in the top right corner. 4. Click "Load unpacked". 5. Select the directory containing the extension files. USAGE 1. Click the extension icon to open the popup. 2. Add Websites: Enter the URL of the page you want to monitor and click "Add". 3. Set Keywords: Enter the keywords you want to search for, separated by commas. 4. Set Interval: Choose how often (in minutes) the extension should check the sites. 5. Click "Start Monitoring". PRIVACY This extension operates entirely locally.
