Spot what matters on any web page. Keyword Lantern highlights the words and phrases from your own lists in the colors you choose, and tells you how often each one appears. Works on normal web pages. Browsers don't allow extensions on their own pages (settings, extension stores) or in the built-in PDF viewer.
