Keyjump for Jira

Type ACME-42 in the address bar and jump straight to that issue, even when your projects live on different Jira sites.

Keyjump turns the Chrome address bar into a Jira jump box. Type an issue key, land on the ticket. Its one real trick is routing across more than one Jira site. Map ACME to your client’s Jira and ORBIT to your own, and each key goes where it belongs. No bookmark folder, no working out which tab belongs to which company. TWO WAYS TO JUMP Keyword mode works the moment you install it. Type j, press space, then the key. The suggestion shows you which host you are about to open before you press Enter. Type words instead of a key and Keyjump offers a search on each site you have configured. Bare key mode lets you skip the keyword and type acme-42 on its own. It is off by default and asks for permission when you switch it on. Only an exact match on a prefix you configured gets redirected, so your ordinary searches are left alone. ACME-42, acme-42, acme42 and acme 42 all resolve the same way. WHAT IT DOES NOT DO No account. No server. No analytics. No Jira API calls, so there is no token to create and nothing to revoke when you finish with a client. Your routing table stays in your browser profile and syncs through Chrome if you are signed in.
