Keyboard Scroller is a lightweight Chrome extension that lets you scroll through websites using configurable keyboard shortcuts. By mapping scroll actions to the home row, it reduces ergonomic strain and increases browsing speed through precise, customizable controls. By default, press j to scroll down and k to scroll up. You can customize the keys, scroll distance, smooth scrolling behavior, animation speed, and acceleration modifier from the settings page. Features: Custom scroll up and scroll down keys Adjustable scroll distance Optional smooth scrolling Optional acceleration with Shift, Ctrl, Alt, or Cmd Works with scrollable panels and modals, not just the main page Avoids interfering while typing in text fields or editable content No tracking, analytics, ads, or external services Keyboard Scroller is built with Manifest V3 and only stores your extension preferences using Chrome storage.
