Hi Rachel. First off thanks for the feedback. BASE Once the plugin is installed for it to work on any page you will need to do a hard refresh on it.... HARD REFRESH - cmd+shift+R(Mac) - Ctrl + Shift + R or Ctrl + F5. (Windows) This is the base requirement, going forward I'll add that to the description itself. Also trusting you might have already done the above: 1. The extension does not run on websites where some content scripts are blocked example -> https://chromewebstore/* website. 2. Also as it runs withing the browser, it will not work on the browser address bar(the top where the url is) However you feedback leads me to believe that there might be other such websites where you might be facing an issue, as a first audio chrome plugin creation, I would really appreciate some help on this. Could you please share some of websites where it is not working for you, also if you expect it to work on. Thank you
