For those with the install bug. First remove the native keybase app from your system. First install the extension then the application. This fixed the issue for me.

Bug: Button doesn't show on Twitter when logged in. It does show when not logged in, both on Twitter and on HN. Issue: Since the button shows for everyone whether they have a Keybase account or not this whole extension seems a bit pointless? Or is there some cleverness to this that I'm missing? Might as well send a regular PM on any platform in question and ask them if they're on Keybase.
