Overview

Type an issue key like ABC-123 in the address bar and go straight to the issue instead of searching for it.

Typing an issue key into the address bar searches for it. This makes it open it instead. Configure your Jira base URL and the project keys you use, and any key you type or paste into the address bar goes straight to that issue. Everything else you type still searches exactly as before. - Works with Jira Cloud, Server and Data Center, including instances hosted under a path prefix. - Only the project keys you list are redirected, so searches like "RFC-2119" or "UTF-8" are left alone. - Only a bare key is redirected. "ABC-123 rollback" is still a search. - No account, sign-in or API token. The extension never talks to Jira; it just rewrites where the address bar sends you. Not affiliated with or endorsed by Atlassian. Jira is a trademark of Atlassian Pty Ltd. Permissions: nothing is requested when you install. When you save your settings, the extension asks for access to your search engine's domain and your Jira domain — the two sites it has to see to perform the redirect. No data is collected or sent anywhere.
