Overview

A beautiful 8-band parametric equalizer integrated directly into YouTube Music, powered by WEQ8C (WEQ8 Fork).

KEQ is a modern, open-source equalizer for YouTube Music! Compared to other options, KEQ is latency-free as it's embedded directly into YouTube Music, making it a seamless and native-like experience. It uses an advanced audio processing engine (WEQ8C) that supports precise filter control (LP*, HP*, LS*, HS*, PK*, NT* with * being 12 and 24), giving you detailed control over how your audio is shaped. You can adjust 8 frequency bands across the spectrum, fine-tune exact Hz values, and control Q (bandwidth) for each band, allowing for precise shaping from subtle tone adjustments to aggressive sound tuning. It is lightweight, unobtrusive, and focused on doing one thing well: improving your listening experience directly where you already use music, while still being an advanced but easy-to-use tool compared to other equalizers on the market. KEQ is not affiliated with YouTube or Google in any way.
