Check whether someone is already in your workspace, review their recruiting context, and take the next step without switching back and forth. SAVE PROFILES TO YOUR CRM • Review and import professional profiles as candidates or contacts. • Capture available employment history and education, choosing what to save. • Save company details and check for existing records before creating duplicates. • Select profiles from supported people-search results for bulk import. WORK WITH EXISTING RECORDS • See CRM matches and record status on supported pages. • View record details, activity, tasks and pipeline context. • Add notes, create follow-up tasks, and add candidates to jobs or lists. • Review profile changes before applying them to a CRM record. • Open the full record in Kepler when you need more detail. DRAFT OUTREACH Draft a connection note, direct message or email using profile context and an optional job brief. Review and copy the draft yourself. AI drafting uses workspace AI credits. OPTIONAL MESSAGING CONNECTION When you explicitly connect your supported professional networking account in Kepler, the extension requests optional cookie access and securely passes that account's session to Kepler for messaging sync. It can refresh the connection while you browse supported pages if reconnection is needed. This permission is not required for profile capture or the CRM side panel. Manage or disconnect the connection in Kepler settings. GET STARTED 1. Install and pin the extension. 2. Open a supported professional profile or company page. 3. Open the Kepler panel, sign in with your Kepler CRM account, and select a workspace. 4. Review an existing record or choose the details to import. A Kepler CRM account and workspace access are required. Available features depend on your workspace plan and permissions. You must be signed in to the supported website for pages that require it; premium search pages require the corresponding subscription. Capture works on supported pages, and results depend on the content those pages display. DATA AND PRIVACY The extension processes supported page URLs and profile content to match and import records, account/session information to sign you in, and CRM information to display and update your workspace. Requested AI drafts are processed by Kepler's AI service providers. Optional messaging sync uses session cookies and communications data. See our privacy policy for details.
