I want my money back!

I sent a lot of e-mails explaining that I used one month of the plan and didn't want to renew but I didn't found the cancelation method. After a while without answer, I founded how to cancel but they didn't refunded me! What is worst is when you cancel, it's impossible to use the credits I've paid (and never used) in the second month! Please, give my money back! I sent e-mail to alex@kendoemailapp.com, the e-mail they gave on the system to contact them, but nobody answered.

Unable to sign in

When I try to sign into my kendo account, I am getting this error -
"Your connection is not private
Attackers might be trying to steal your information from kendoemailapp.com (for example, passwords, messages, or credit cards). Learn more". I want to cancel this account since I don't trust it anymore. Please advice.
