)Overview
Detects Kendo UI and native form controls on the current page and fills them with valid test data instantly.
Kendo Filler is a developer and QA tool that fills out forms for you. Click the toolbar button and Kendo Filler scans the page you are on, identifies every form control it can find, and populates each one with a plausible, valid value. It understands both native HTML inputs and Kendo UI widgets, including dropdowns, combo boxes, multi-selects, date and time pickers, numeric inputs, masked inputs and editors. Because Kendo widgets keep their state internally rather than in the underlying DOM element, Kendo Filler sets values through each widget's own API. Dependent dropdowns that repopulate after a parent selection are handled by waiting for the dependent control to settle before filling it. Features: - Fills native and Kendo UI form controls in a single click - Generates type-appropriate values, not placeholder junk - Handles cascading and dependent dropdowns - Respects required-field detection - Skips page shell elements such as navigation and search bars - Light and dark themes - Configurable via the options page Kendo Filler runs only when you click it, and only on the tab you are viewing. It makes no network requests and collects no data of any kind.
