You'll see ratings like: โญ IMDb: 8.5 ๐Ÿ… Rotten Tomatoes: 93% This lets you quickly judge whether something is worth watching without leaving Netflix. SETUP 1. Get a free API key from omdbapi.com (takes about 30 seconds) 2. Click the extension icon and enter your key 3. Browse Netflix and ratings will automatically appear WHY YOU NEED AN API KEY This extension uses the OMDb API to fetch ratings. The free tier allows 1,000 lookups per day, which is plenty for normal personal use. Your API key is stored locally in your browser and is never shared. NOTE Rotten Tomatoes scores are only available for movies, not TV shows. This is a limitation of the OMDb API.
