Overview
Track browsing time, build better site habits, and add friction to time-wasting sites.
Hader helps you spend more time on useful websites and less time on the ones that waste it. It tracks focused time on the tab you are actually looking at, then shows that usage on a dashboard with labels, a habit score, and a breakdown of focus versus wasted time. All of that data stays on your computer. Builder opens a site from your list every 30–50 minutes so learning pages and channels get used, not only bookmarked. You can add websites or YouTube channels with an @handle. Fixer adds friction to sites you mark as time-wasting: redirect, a short countdown, or close the tab. Calls and chats are left alone. Adult sites stay blocked while Fixer is on. Optional extras include water, look-far-away, and posture reminders, plus a small on-page timer you can drag. Tracker, Builder, and Fixer can each be paused for 15 minutes without turning the whole extension off. Hader does not need an account and does not send browsing data to a server.
